RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, please return the item(s) back to us within 15 days of receipt
You can initiate the return or exchange through your webstore account page, fill all details and click on the submit button. Courier guy will come and collect the shipment.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original labels still intact and attached.
Once the items(s) have been received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued. We will refund the amount you paid using your original. Please allow 7 working days for process of refund/exchange.
If you purchased a Lilly + Sid item through one of our independent retailers then they should be your first port of call if you wish to return something.

In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway, or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
Faulty item(s) returns
If you receive an item from us which is faulty or mis-packed you can initiate the return /exchange from your webstore account. The first step is to contact our customer service department detailing the issue with your order number at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hrs of delivery.
