Delivery & Returns

At Lilly + Sid – our customers are central to all that we do, and sometimes there may be occasions where you might want to return something back to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY-

  • If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, please return the item(s) back to us within 15 days of receipt
  • You can initiate the return or exchange through your webstore account page, fill all details and click on submit button. It will get initiated and  you will be informed about the return shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Courier guy will come and collect the shipment. 
  • Also you can reach out to us on "Support@norlankabrands.com" along with order details and ask to initiate the return.It will get initiated and  you will be informed about the return shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Courier guy will come and collect the shipment. 
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original labels still intact and attached.
  • Once the items(s) have been received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued. We will refund the amount you paid using your original. Please allow 7 working days for process of refund.
  • If you purchased a Lilly + Sid item through one of our independent retailers then they should be your first port of call if you wish to return something.


 REFUND POLICY-

  • The refunds in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as per the following:
  • In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway, or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.


Faulty item(s) returns

If you receive an item from us which is faulty or mis-packed you can initiate the return /exchange from your webstore account.
The first step is to contact our customer service department detailing the issue with your order number at:

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

  • We aim to pack and shipped your order within 2 working days of placing your order. Please do note that there may be some delays during busy sale periods or peak trading times.
  • For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with several trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS.
  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days via standard courier partner.
